TNT Performance Systems

I graduated from North Carolina State University with a bachelors degree in Sport Management. I earned a full scholarship to play football and was a 4 year player at running back. Since I was a kid I had the opportunity to train with great coaches and personal trainers that helped me reach my goals in sports. Those experiences led to me wanting to give back to others and become a personal trainer. During college I started helping people working out and haven’t stopped since. I decided to take the next step so I became certified thru ExpertRating for Personal Training and Sport Nutrition. I specialize in strength & conditioning, weight loss, interval training, circuit training and speed training. I also use phone apps to help with creating and maintaining a nutritional diet.
