Operation Food Search

💚 We love our partners at Whole Foods Market!

Through its Nourishing Our Neighborhoods program, Whole Foods Market has funded 116 refrigerated vans for community food rescue organizations since 2020, helping address one of the biggest challenges in the fight against hunger: food access. OFS was honored to receive one of the electric, refrigerated vans last year.

On Oct. 6, Whole Foods Market celebrated Nourishing Our Neighborhoods Day, and the Town and Country Whole Foods Market team marked the occasion by hosting its second "Stuff the Van" event benefiting OFS.

Team members loaded our refrigerated van with 1,970 pounds of fresh produce and shelf-stable foods, helping increase access to nutritious options for community members experiencing food insecurity.

We're incredibly grateful for Whole Foods Market's continued partnership and commitment to nourishing our community. Their support is helping ensure healthy food gets where it's needed most: our neighbors' plates.

Thank you, Whole Foods Market, for helping us heal hunger and bring hope to our community! 💚
