Working with Lorena has become one of those shoots where the workflow just clicks. We both know what we’re trying to accomplish, trust each other’s creative decisions, and keep things moving.
That makes the whole process feel less like work and more like creating which honestly makes everything from shooting to editing a lot more fun.

Short form content gets the attention, but long-form video still has its place especially when you want buyers to experience the flow, layout, and details of a home from beginning to end.

These are the moments worth documenting because buying a home is something you only get to experience a few times in life. As a realtor, capturing that moment shows your clients you care about more than just the transaction.
And why stop there? A quick testimonial from the new homeowners gives you a genuine way to share their experience and the impact you had along the way.
Shoutout to Andrew Aro for letting us capture another special closing.

We had the chance to capture both photo + video on a super clean, well designed property that honestly did most of the talking on its own. That’s the goal every time, create visuals that don’t just look good, but actually help tell the story and push a listing forward.

Working with Lorena Semerenko from the Semerenko Team, the goal was to keep the edit modern enough to catch a younger audience’s eye, while still making sure the home and the agent feel polished and professional.

A few things we leaned into: smooth pacing, natural light, and letting the space speak without over editing. Sometimes less really does more.

Stepping out of our usual Antelope Valley desert scenes and heading into Big Bear is always a refreshing switch more trees, more texture, and way more to play with from the sky.
This one was one of those properties that just works from almost every angle. Between the greenery, the way the light hit the home, and the surrounding views, it made capturing both photo and drone shots feel effortless.

Corner shots are always important for us because they help widen the room and show off the full layout of the space. This home also had some really nice windows that created strong leading lines and brought in a lot of natural light throughout the shoot. Those little details always make a big difference when photographing a property and help the home feel more natural on camera.

Funny how trends always come back full circle, for a while everything was vertical, but now horizontal real estate videos are making a strong comeback too. Different styles of content all have their purpose, and sometimes a full walkthrough in horizontal just gives you more room to really showcase the flow of a home. This latest property video was all about creating that clean, cinematic feel while still giving buyers a true sense of the space. Big thanks to Lorena Semereko and the Semereko Team for always bringing so much energy and passion to what they do. It’s always a good time working with people who genuinely love their craft.
