Beyond the Bell is a new supportive space for educators to connect, recharge, and talk about the real-life challenges that come with working in education.
This group is especially near and dear to my heart. As a former teacher, I experienced burnout firsthand. I know how easy it can be to spend so much time caring for your students, your classroom, and everyone around you that you forget to make space for yourself.
Beyond the Bell was created as a place for teachers, school counselors, social workers, administrators, paraprofessionals, and other school professionals to connect with others who truly understand, share experiences, learn practical strategies, and take a moment to focus on their own well-being.
Because supporting students also means supporting the people who show up for them every day.

Our team will focus on fostering friendships, building self confidence, enhancing communication skills, managing our emotions, and the everyday challenges that come with being a middle or high school girl.

Setting Your Child Up for Success: Understanding I&RS, 504s & IEPs
Not sure what an I&RS, 504 Plan, or IEP is or wondering what type of support your child may need at school? Join us for an informative, parent-friendly virtual workshop designed to help you better understand school-based supports and feel more confident navigating the process.
We’ll break down the differences between I&RS, 504 Plans, and IEPs, discuss when additional support may be helpful, and share practical tips for working with your child’s school team. Thursday, October 8th

Fall Social Skills Groups Are Here!
We are excited to announce that our Social Success social skills groups are moving to our new location in Ramsey!

Our fall programs are open to participants Kindergarten through age 21, with an 8-week program and an optional 4-week extension for additional skill-building and connection.

Groups are facilitated by experienced school counselors, school social workers, and former teachers who understand the social and emotional needs of children, teens, and young adults.

Registration is now open for our 8-week Fall Programs beginning in September! Whether your child is looking to build friendships, strengthen executive functioning skills, or your family is looking for additional support, we have a program designed to help everyone grow from within.

• NEW! Social Skills Group for Young Adults (Ages 18–21)
• Executive Functioning Individual Sessions for Elementary, Middle, and High School students
• Executive Functioning Groups for Elementary, Middle, and High School students
• The return of our Positive Parenting Series, providing practical strategies and support for caregivers

We are seeking NJ fully licensed LCSWs, LPCs, and LMFTs. Provisionally licensed clinicians (LACs, LSWs) are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on experience.
