Today is Mark’s 76th birthday.

He undoubtedly wouldn't have wanted us pasting his face all over the internet—let alone the packaging. But his style, his straightforward approach to business, and pursuit of simple pleasures remain a guide for us five years since his passing.

‘Bello e Secco,’ Italian for ‘Good and Dry’ is a roast we think he’d have loved. This weekend, we’re giving away free sample bags at our usual venues in Paris and Lexington.

Our Founder’s Day weekend will be another muggy one— but we’ll have special discounts and new merch available. Come raised a cuppa to Marco!
