This one is personal.

Massaman Curry is a dish our chef always thinks of when she remembers her grandpa. Every time she went to his house as a child, this was the kind of food he would lovingly cook for her.

The tender braised chicken thigh, golden Yukon potatoes & onions, slowly simmered in fragrant Massaman curry… served with warm Roti bread to soak up every drop. 🍛🤤
