PCDA’s mission is to create a community that builds on strengths and relationships to prepare young people with Autism and developmental disabilities for a future in which they are empowered, fulfilled, and feel the security of belonging. PCDA is a multidisciplinary clinic that utilizes the DIR®/Floortime model to serve children and young adults (ages 0-21) with autism or other developmental challenges.

At our September Board of Directors meeting, we celebrated Joseph Lee as he concluded his fourth full term on PCDA’s Board, marking more than 12 years of service to our organization.
Joseph’s connection to this work is personal. When his son, Danny, was diagnosed with Autism, it changed the course of his life and shaped the advocacy work he does today. As an attorney, former school administrator, and longtime advocate for children and families, Joseph has brought a perspective to PCDA that has been both thoughtful and deeply grounded in lived experience.
During his time on our Board, Joseph also served on the Executive Committee as Finance Chair. We have been fortunate to have his counsel, his generosity with his time, and his steady belief in PCDA’s mission.
Thank you, Joseph, for more than 12 years of service to PCDA. We’re grateful for all you’ve contributed and for the care you’ve brought to this community. 💛

Last Thursday was truly a special evening! ✨
We are beyond grateful to our board member Catherine for opening her beautiful home and generously providing delicious food for our guests. Her warmth and hospitality set the tone for a night filled with connection, joy, and meaningful conversation.
To everyone who joined us, thank you for showing up with open hearts and incredible generosity. And to those who were not able to attend but still made a gift, we felt your support just the same. Your belief in our mission means more than we can say.
It was a wonderful, energizing house party where we had the chance to share the impact of PCDA’s work and invite guests to experience a fun and interactive “taste of PCDA.” The laughter, curiosity, and heartfelt conversations reminded us exactly why community matters so much.
A special thank you to our silent auction donors for making the evening even more exciting, and to those who joined The Circle of Care, our monthly recurring giving community. Your commitment provides steady, reliable support that helps our families feel secure and connected all year long.
If you have not yet joined The Circle of Care, we would love to welcome you. Monthly giving is one of the most powerful ways to stand alongside our families and ensure this work continues to grow. Visit the link in our bio to become part of the circle. 🟡⚪
Together, we are building something lasting, rooted in relationships, generosity, and belonging. And we are so thankful to be doing it with you! 🫶🏽
