Today was Mrs. Humphries’ Celebration of Life, and we wanted to honor her in a way that felt especially meaningful. 🤍

Mrs. Humphries always made Ken her homemade chicken pot pies, so we made sure to have pot pies for lunch today in her honor. 🥧🤍 A little way to remember her, her kindness, and all the special memories she left with us.
We also loved having part of the old team back together today with Dede and Lisa.

In remembrance of Mrs. Humphries, Janet made her famous sausage balls. 🤍 She used to make them all the time, and they bring back so many sweet memories of her.

Mrs. Humphries had a heart of gold and a faith larger than any other. It is, for us, a time of sadness as we announce her passing on August 16th.
Her smile and sense of humor will forever be remembered. We love you Mrs. Humphries, but we know you are celebrating with the angels. 🤍🕊️

We had a great visit from Charles, who was our runner here at Phelps Insurance 20 years ago!
Charles still claims to be the fastest runner when it comes to finding any street on a Key Map. He shared that he encourages new cadets to learn how to use one since many of them have never even seen a Key Map before!
We are so proud to see Charles doing so well in his career with the Houston Police Department while also raising two amazing kids. We truly appreciate everything he does for our community every day.
