What would make a buyer stop scrolling for your home?
The pool draws them in. The indoor–outdoor spaces spark their imagination. Then they start picturing a life here.
That’s the story I want your marketing to tell.
From the first photograph to a thoughtfully planned launch, every detail should give buyers a reason to remember your home.
Here’s a glimpse of how I approach presenting a Pasadena property.
Thinking about selling? DM me “HOME” and let’s talk about how I’d tell your home’s story.
Views like these never get old. ✨
From nearly every room, this remarkable hillside home opens to sweeping panoramic views that stretch across Pasadena and beyond. Beautiful interiors, timeless architectural details, terraced gardens and a tranquil pool come together to create a home that feels completely removed from the city—while keeping it all within sight.
One of my favorite properties from caravan this week. Which view would you choose: the bedroom balcony, the garden or the pool? 🌿
One of my favorites on caravan today.
Built in 1901 and set along a quiet, tree-lined street in Pasadena’s Governor Markham Landmark District, this remarkable Colonial Revival is a rare union of historic significance, timeless elegance, and modern luxury.
Every detail has been exquisitely considered, honoring the home’s architectural character while creating a beautifully refined setting for modern living. A truly special Pasadena residence.
DM me for additional details.

I’m thrilled to congratulate my clients on the purchase of this beautifully updated Pasadena townhome. A bright, inviting home filled with warmth, natural light, and thoughtful design.
Helping someone find the right home is about more than completing a transaction. It’s about listening carefully, protecting their interests, and guiding them confidently toward an exciting new chapter. I’m truly grateful they trusted me to be part of theirs.
Thinking about buying or selling in Pasadena or the surrounding communities? I’d be honored to help.

We all remember where we were this September morning.
Twenty-five years after September 11, 2001, we remember the 2,977 lives taken, the families forever changed, and the extraordinary courage of the first responders and ordinary people who ran toward danger to help others.
Today, we pause for every life, every name, every unfinished story, and every loved one who has carried the weight of that day for the past quarter century.
May we never forget what was lost, and may we always remember the compassion, courage, and unity that followed.
We remember them. Today and always. 🇺🇸

The House that won't Sell There's a home very near me that has been on the market a long time. Long enough that neighbors have started asking me about it on walks.

Thinking about selling in LA? Here's the real picture, and it's better than the headlines suggest. 👇.png
In neighborhoods like Eagle Rock, Pasadena, and Cypress Park, well-priced homes are still going above asking. Buyers are back at the table with realistic budgets. And the broader LA median is up 1.2% year-over-year.
A few quick numbers:
• Eagle Rock: ~9% over asking, ~26 days on market
• Pasadena: 103%+ sale-to-list ratio
• Cypress Park: median up 22% YoY, listings still landing 9%+ over ask
Days on market across the board are running 21–80 days — healthy movement, not a stall.
📌.png **$5M+ sellers:** LA's transfer tax thresholds reset July 1. Closing on or after that date instead of before could mean a meaningfully lower tax bill — worth a quick conversation about timing.

Coming Soon! Beautiful SW Pasadena home 😃
I toured a true mid-century gem in NE Pasadena.
Incredible views, timeless design, and an energy you can feel the moment you walk in.
You know that feeling when a home just has something special? This was one of those.
It doesn’t come around often, it just needs the right owner to bring it back to life and make it their own.
