This space can accommodate up to 320 guests for seated banquets and 600 for cocktail-style events. The Ella Ballroom, with its dramatic art deco design and elegant ambiance, is the perfect backdrop for intimate weddings and events of up to 120 guests or cocktail-style receptions for up to 250 guests. NOOR is the brainchild of music producer and entrepreneur Robert Shahnazarian and his wife, Maggie. From the very beginning, their mission was to create a family-run, boutique event venue and deliver the same kind of all-inclusive service offerings traditionally exclusive to international resorts while retaining a personal touch. All NOOR Clients are assigned a seasoned Event Manager to guide them through the planning process.
