Big Rocks FIRST! Breaking down value based scheduling and how this concept saved my life in 2019
In 2013, T Lopez Perdue and I were at Cedars. We had a Scratch graduation that same day and it was my 33rd birthday. I was almost positive she would be born on my bday and I envisioned us celebrating our birthdays together every year. She waited til 2am and was born the “next day” but it’s still the best birthday present I will ever receive!
Everyone has a superpower. Do you believe that?
How do you fill your days and weeks up playing to your strengths? Leaning into your God given purpose and the giftings that you have instead of trying to be someone you’re not?
Or trying to be everything for everyone?

As a DJ it’s easy to fall into playing what you hear other people doing. How do you find your own sound?
What moves YOU? What excites YOU?
Then balance that with what and who you see in the room and take them on a journey…
