🎓 Meet Emma Chartier, one of Saint Raphael Academy’s Top 10 Students from the Class of 2026!⁠

Emma made her mark at Saints through her involvement in the fall musicals, Yearbook Club, Dance Company, and as a founding member of the school's Active Minds chapter.⁠
⁠
This fall, Emma will attend Sacred Heart University, where she will major in Neuroscience on the pre-med track. Her goal is to attend medical school and become a neurologist. One of her favorite Saints memories was Mrs. Gaffney-Hsu’s sophomore English class, especially reading The Crucible as a class during the final unit of the year. Her advice for future Saints: Don’t be afraid to meet new people and build friendships—you never know which relationships will have the greatest impact on your life.⁠

🎓 Meet Melvin Howard, one of Saint Raphael Academy’s Top 10 Students from the Class of 2026!⁠

Melvin made his mark at Saints as a member of the football team, indoor and outdoor track teams, Chess Club, and Ultimate Frisbee, excelling both in the classroom and in athletics.⁠

This fall, Melvin will attend Assumption University, where he plans to pursue a double major in Computer Science and Cybersecurity while continuing his athletic career in both football and track. His goal is to become a software engineer. One of his favorite Saints memories was participating in Saints Olympics, especially the excitement of freshman year and celebrating his class’s senior year victory. His advice for future Saints: Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Moments of vulnerability build meaningful connections, lasting friendships, and experiences that stay with you for life.⁠

Michaela made her mark at Saints through her involvement in theater, stage crew, and Active Minds, embracing opportunities to grow both on and off the stage.⁠

This fall, Michaela will attend the University of Rhode Island as an undeclared major while exploring her interest in Animal Science. One of her favorite Saints memories was participating in the drama program, both as a performer and a member of the stage crew. Her advice for future Saints: Never be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. Getting involved in clubs and activities is the best way to make new friends and make the most of your high school experience.⁠

This fall, Monica will attend Providence College, where she plans to major in Nursing. One of her favorite Saints memories was coming together with her classmates to compete in—and win—the Saints Olympics during their senior year. Her advice for future Saints: Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself in a new way each year.⁠
