It was a joy to read Sheila Rae, The Brave to the children at Storytime at the recent Kaitie's Closet distribution. Back-to-School bags and gently used books were given out. KC served over 160 children!

In recent years Rim Literacy has helped provide school supplies to children in the Payson area. We are partnering with Kaitie's Closet through their July 22 distribution. The distribution is 4-5pm at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 401 E Tyler Parkway on July 22.

Literacy ended the school year with medals 🎖📣 and new books all around for our readers! We had 23 participants this year.🤩 We are on hiatius for the summer but will return in the fall with our first Storytime at the July 22 Kaitie's Closet Back to School distribution. 📚

Just a reminder ⏰ that Wednesday is the last Kaities Closet Distribution for the school year. A new inventory of shoes,👟 socks, underwear, shirts 👕 and shorts will be available. No used clothing will be given out. Rim Literacy will also be giving our used books.📚

Congratulations to all our Readers!! During the school year they logged over 307 hours of reading! 🤩🌟 Our fabulous volunteers were with them all the way. Through-out the year we served 28 children. Many thanks to all our donors who made this possible....puchasing books, medals, literacy games and more!

The After School Reading program with PCK is wrapping up and it's been a terrific year! 🤩 Soon our bookworms will be trading in their bookmarks for the lazy days of summer. Next week it's reading awards and a book give away!
