Math teacher 13+ yrs. I teach kids in grades 5-8 how to think. https://www.skool.com/league/about
First animation video for Math Quest! Think Bluey, for math. Where we teach both math and character development.
The math problem was a little wonky and it didn't come out perfect, but it's a start! Trying to get AI to properly execute what's in my head is a big challenge lol.
Still figuring out the flow of making these, so I'm just going to share them as I go.
Would you want your kid watching educational shows like this? Lmk what you think, and follow along if you want to see more.

I’ve been working on something I’m really excited about called Math Quest League.
The idea is pretty simple:
What if math felt more like a sport?
Math Quest League is an online math esports league for students in grades 5-8.
Students come back each week to play live math games, compete with other students, track their stats, climb the standings, and improve throughout a real season.
We currently play Capture the Flag using Gimkit. Students answer math questions to earn energy, use that energy inside the game, and compete against other players and teams.
But the part I’m most excited about is everything around the game.
Students get consistency. Competition. Teammates. Rivalries. Stats. Standings. Something to improve at from week to week.
And we’re still tracking the math too, including accuracy, questions answered, strengths, and areas for growth.
I’ve been teaching math for over 13 years, and I’ve spent a lot of that time trying to figure out how to make math more fun, engaging, and meaningful.
We’re still early, and I’m excited to keep building it with the students and families who join us.
This is honestly something I wish existed when I was in middle school.
If you want to see how it works, I made a short video here:

And if you know a student or family who would be into something like this, feel free to send it their way.
Math Quest League Esports for math. Grades 5-8. Live matches. Tuesday nights, 45 minutes, real stats and standings.
