We can pick up a donated pool from any Dollar General Store in Tarkington Cleveland Texas area just add our rescue email for curbside pickup notification [email protected] or 8323158189 Zelle payment donations and we'll purchase it from there for her. She loves splashing 💦 around playing in her pool.

We need your help...we're in urgent need of dry cat food & dry dog food of Temptations kitten or yellow or red bag for the cats & Puppy Chow for the dogs.

High water on 321 thru Tarkington towards Dayton (Kenefick) area. Some side streets are flooded worse with water up to the stop sign on side streets you can't see the street. Be safe everyone. Stay home if you don't have to drive anywhere today then don't. Some roads start out looking safe with none to very little flood water then quickly all of a sudden bam! You're faced with driving carefully thru flood water on the street.

The Liberty County Precinct 6 Constable’s Office would like to invite the public, animal welfare groups, rescue organizations, veterinarians, foster families, and anyone interested in helping improve animal welfare in our area to attend our Community Animal Welfare Meeting.

Our goal is simple: bring everyone together to share ideas, discuss challenges, and work toward practical solutions that will make a positive impact for both animals and our community. No one organization can solve this issue alone, but by working together we can make a real difference.

Whether you’re involved with animal rescue, care for community pets, volunteer with a nonprofit, or simply want to help, we would love to hear your thoughts and ideas.

This is an opportunity to build partnerships, identify resources, and develop solutions that benefit both our residents and the animals in Liberty County.

Please WALK YOUR PROPERTY checking for & picking up any FIREWORKS DEBRIS. Everything that shot up in the air had to have fallen down to the ground somewhere...Also check for any injured or deceased animals.
Please CHECK & CLEAN UP YOUR PROPERTY to make it safe outside before letting any pets or livestock outside on your property.
You don't want your animals accidentally ingesting anything hurting themselves & then having a costly expensive trip to the veterinarian.
Also be on the lookout for any displaced/lost animals from the scarey noisy fireworks last night. And help them as best as you can. Lots of lost/displaced scared animals will be out there today.😞
Hope everyone had a safe & fun 4th of July. Now it's time to be neighborly & help out the animals in the area who were scared of the fireworks some people did last night.

Today's the day to make your final preparations for your pets/livestock safety during the 4th of July seasonal celebrations in your area... Make sure to microchip your pets, have ID tag collars on them, bring them inside your house, or inside your garage, your barn, & play music 🎶 to help drown out the noisy fireworks and help keep them calm.

Read them storybooks spending time with them to help keep them calm during the noisy fireworks.🎆

With the summertime heat🌞 🥵 make sure to have them with clean cold water and if they can't come inside the house at least provide them with shady areas to help keep them cool & a plastic kiddie pool with clean cool water. 💦

Also to be mindful & keep your drinks/foods away from your animals, you don't want them ingesting something that could hurt them/be fatal for them.

It's that time of the year again that's very hot outside, very noisy fireworks🎆, scares animals & some humans!
