Our instructors are professional musicians, industry artists, and highly experienced educators who bring not only technical excellence but also mentorship, compassion, and a deep belief in the potential of each student.

These are not volunteers, they are working professionals, many of whom perform with major ensembles, lead orchestras, or teach in conservatories. Thanks to our invaluable donor support, we’re able to pay them fairly while delivering exceptional, individualized instruction to students who would otherwise be left behind.
