Stay safe during the heat wave
With dangerously high temperatures expected over the next several days, the Peekskill Housing Authority is reminding residents to take precautions, stay hydrated, limit time in the sun, and use available cooling resources when needed.
PHA Residents can also find relief at designated cooling centers, including community rooms at Bohlmann Towers and Dunbar Heights and the Library.
As we celebrate the July 4th weekend, remember to look out for neighbors, take breaks from the heat, and stay safe while enjoying the summer. 🇺🇸
