This week has been incredibly difficult for our community. We’ve seen devastation, loss, and needs we never expected, but we’ve also seen something beautiful in the way our community has come together to care for one another.

Tomorrow, we’ll gather for our normal Sunday services at 9:00 & 10:45 AM, with full Catalyst Kids programming. We’ll worship together, encourage one another, and celebrate baptisms as we gather.

Catalyst Iglesia en Español will meet as normal at 6:00 PM.

We’ll also take a special offering for those affected by the flood, with everything given going toward efforts to help those impacted.

If you can’t join us in person, watch online at 9:00 AM. We’d love to worship with you, wherever you’re joining from!

We know many of you are ready and willing to volunteer and help your neighbors following the recent flooding. Right now, we are in a waiting period as we work behind the scenes to organize our post-flood relief efforts and determine where help will be needed most.

The Town of Pendleton is partnering with the South Madison Community Foundation to coordinate volunteers and connect them with residents who need assistance.

Flood Recovery Update

Flood levels are down in Pendleton, but there are still significant needs throughout our community and surrounding areas.

At this time, we are not sending volunteers out on our own. We are working to partner with Samaritan’s Purse, who will be developing a plan for how we can best respond together. They will be talking this afternoon, and we’ll share more information about volunteer opportunities as soon as we know what the next steps will be.

For now, we are continuing to accept financial donations to support flood relief efforts.
