A little something extra happening at Chelsea’s Cakes this week! 👀

It’s been MONTHS since I’ve done a porch fridge stock, but I’m finally bringing some extra cupcakes back this week! 🧁 I’ll have a limited amount available, so keep an eye out if you’ve been waiting for them!

AND 👀 I’ll be opening up Thanksgiving pie preorders later this week! 🥧

So before I finalize the menu, tell me what you want!

What flavor pie do you want on your Thanksgiving table? 👇🏼

Pumpkin? Apple? Pecan? Chocolate? Something else entirely? Give me your requests because I want to know what y’all actually want before I put the menu together!

Also, yes, that tiny little pie slice is mine 😂 The actual slices are MUCH bigger — I had to taste-test first. Obviously.

Chocolate on chocolate with “Happy Birthday Kaydee” on top.

Sometimes you don’t need a whole Pinterest board of inspiration. You just need chocolate. 😂

This one was ordered by Kaydee’s husband, and he kept it simple: chocolate on chocolate, birthday message, and that’s it. So I winged the rest—and I think it turned out pretty damn cute.

And then I got this review:

“Thank you so much again for the cake she loved it and the family did as well! Will recommend your business going forward to anyone I can”

That kind of message NEVER gets old. 🥹❤️

This one came together last minute, and the “fur” nearly caused arthritis in my hand. Not really—but my hand definitely hurt after finishing. 😂

Their wedding cake was chocolate with chocolate filling and raspberry ch*****ne, with cupcakes in:

• Raspberry ch*****ne
• Chocolate with chocolate buttercream
• Chocolate peanut butter

And this was my favorite message to get afterward:

“I had to stand guard over the cupcakes!!! The chocolate was OMG heaven!” 😂

I’ll take that as a pretty damn good review. 🤍

This one was a special one. 🤍

A three-tier lemon cake with raspberry filling, delivered two hours away and set up for the sweetest wedding.

And that cake topper? It’s been passed down through the bride’s family for generations, which made getting to use it on their wedding cake even more special.

One of the guests came up to me after tasting the cake and told me it was the best wedding cake she’s ever had — and she’s 65. 🥹

I’ll be thinking about that compliment for a long time. 🤍

When your client sends you these and says she’s speechless… 🥹🤍

Made in Pendleton, delivered all the way to Gatlinburg, and now I get to see just how gorgeous she looked in the end. 😍
