Some more photos snapped during a staff “meeting.” 😄

We are incredibly thankful for every member of our team and everything they do each day to keep our facility moving forward.

While not everyone made it into these photos, our appreciation extends to ALL of our staff and contractors, including Aramark, Unit Team, Maintenance, Clerical, and the many others who work behind the scenes every single day.

There are so many people who give their time, energy, patience, and dedication to this facility. Some of that work happens quietly and may not always receive the recognition it deserves, but please know that it does not go unnoticed.

Every role matters. Every person matters. Every contribution helps make this facility stronger.

To our entire team, thank you for showing up on the difficult days, supporting one another, and continuing to give your best. We see you. We appreciate you. And most importantly, we are incredibly grateful to have you as part of this team.

Thank you for everything you do. Pendleton would not be Pendleton without its people. ❤️

Not all of our amazing staff are pictured here (only a fraction of 1 bracket), but today we want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank all of the incredible people who are part of our team pictured or not.

The work you do is not always easy. There are long days, difficult moments, and challenges that many people will never see or fully understand. Yet you continue to show up, look out for one another, and give your best to the people and responsibilities entrusted to you.

Behind the uniforms are real people. Coworkers, friends, parents, sons, daughters, husbands, wives, and members of our community who make sacrifices every day to serve with dedication and professionalism.

To those pictured, and to every member of our staff who isn't, thank you. Thank you for the early mornings, late nights, missed moments at home, teamwork, patience, strength, and commitment you bring each day.

We see you. We appreciate you. And we are incredibly grateful to have you as part of our team.

These are only a few of the faces that make what we do possible. ❤️

Four officers. One cellhouse. One team. 💪

Holding it down in H today and keeping things moving safely and efficiently. A little recognition for the officers who show up, work together, and get the job done every day.

Corrections is a job that asks a lot of the people who do it. Long shifts, tough days, constant awareness, and a responsibility that most people will never fully see or understand.

Behind every secure cellhouse are officers who show up, look out for one another, and keep things moving day after day. Today, we’re giving a little recognition to this four and the work they put in.

Proud of our people. 👏 Thank you for what you do!

Little reminder on the steps today; "slow down, observe what's happening!"

Anyone have a good name? We keep seeing it on the steps and in the gardens so its name time.

🎓 Celebrating Our INPEP Graduates!

Pendleton Correctional Facility recently celebrated the graduation of both incarcerated individuals and staff who successfully completed INPEP training!

INPEP focuses on health education, leadership, and peer to peer learning, giving participants the knowledge and tools to help educate and support others throughout the facility.

Having staff complete the program alongside incarcerated participants strengthens the shared commitment to education, healthier choices, and positive change within our facility.

Congratulations to all of our graduates! Your hard work and commitment are something to be proud of. 👏🎓

Leadership means being present, engaged, and connected to the work. A couple of our Lieutenants and a Captain took time on the yard to discuss plans, exchange ideas, and make sure the team is moving forward together. Strong leadership starts with communication, collaboration, and leading from the front. 💪
