Today, on the 25th remembrance of September 11, we pause to honor the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the first responders, service members, and ordinary citizens who showed extraordinary courage.

We also remember that for many, the impact of that day did not end when the dust settled. More than 100,000 responders and survivors still rely on the World Trade Center Health Program for support with 9/11-related conditions, including cancer, airway disorders, and mental health conditions.

Remembering matters.
