Increase understanding of the strengths, areas of concern and service preferences of the target population through a process of community discovery. Increase LGBTQI s*x workers' access to existing preventative, early intervention and health and behavioral health services provided by Coalition members and other Philadelphia organizations through outreach and linkage services. Increase capacity of existing organizations to effectively reach and offer help to LGBTQI individuals engaged in s*x work through staff development and training. Increase availability of services acceptable to the target communities.
