Tender is the Night is a barrel-aged black vermouth made with natural herbs and spices, including black walnuts from Casa Carmen's farm, anise, rosemary, wormwood, and oranges of Seville.

The Sun Also Rises is a golden-rayed sweet white vermouth made with saffron of suntanned valleys, aromatic chamomile, green cardamom, wormwood, fresh Spanish oranges, and California lemon peel.
