Introducing My Mother Once Read’s first musical “Hundred Acre Park” 🍯

Get lost with Pooh, Piglet, and the gang in this folksy musical retelling of A.A. Milne’s classic Winnie-the-Pooh tale, with puppets! The Hundred Acre Wood becomes a “Hundred Acre Park”, adapted for today’s young ones growing up in an age of climate change and urban sprawl.

Get in the spirit of 🎃 Halloween Sunday 10/22 at 10:00 for a special showing of Bugboro, presented by @mymotheronceread , straight from the Philly Fringe Festival! Bugboro is the buzziest, busiest bug colony this side of the Schuylkill! Come out and meet the big personalities of their tiny community, built by the friendly bugs who live there! Experience an immersive off the rails experience that will give children the power to walk through the town as they see fit. With 5 unique locations in town they can visit, with each having their own sensory activity and stories the kids can choose to consume at their own pace, or choose to ignore completely! Whether you want to hear a story or make a mess, our quirky cast of critters is ready to create a town of love and fun for the whole family. As part of Cannonball Festival and Philadelphia Fringe Festival this year we will be premiering BugBoro!

Come visit Bugboro, the buzziest, busiest bug colony this side of the Schuylkill, and meet the big personalities of a tiny community. Through immersive free roam storytelling and sensory activities children will get to join the town themselves, learning what it means to be part of a community.

Performances will be at Liberty Lands (913 N 3rd St Philadelphia, PA 19123) on September 10th and 23rd at 11:30 am and September 24th at 1:00 pm!
