A few years ago, I would’ve never been able to take a trip like this without constantly checking my phone, calling my staff, wondering what was going wrong back home.

This time felt different.

Not because everything is perfect… because it’s definitely not.

But because I’ve been intentional about building systems, training my team, and letting go of the idea that I have to do everything myself.

What’s the hardest part about stepping away from your business? COMMENT below!

Social work taught me how to communicate, lead, solve problems, and advocate for others.

Today, I use those same skills to lead teams, serve families, coach entrepreneurs, and build businesses that create opportunities for others.

Looking back, I realize my career wasn’t separate from entrepreneurship.

It was preparing me for it all along.

Because baabbyyyyy building systems requires trust, consistency, and a willingness to stop being the solution to every problem.

I can honestly say these shifts have given me more freedom than ever.

At 34 I’ve learned that wealth isn’t just money.

It’s options.

I’ve built businesses.
Created jobs.
Served families.
Learned lessons.
Made mistakes.
Started over.

And at 35…

I’m just getting started.😉
