CHESTER, PA — no surprise.

Who left this beautiful girl at an abandoned, empty property for over a month?

This Cane Corso is severely emaciated. It literally is walking bones. A large-breed dog should never be allowed to deteriorate to this condition. This is heartbreaking, unacceptable, and completely preventable.

Once again, it is another dog, another emergency, another medical bill, and another temporary foster placement that our rescue has to coordinate because an animal was left to suffer, ears bleeding, tail WAS CROPPED FRESHLY and NOT BY A PROFESSIONAL uneven still bleeding.

I refuse to continue watching animals in Chester suffer from neglect and abandonment while people look the other way. These animals deserve better, and we will continue speaking up for them. I will be making the police aware of this seeing as though chester police are the only authority in that city who really cares.

IF YOU BELIEVE THIS IS YOUR DOG

Please contact us immediately.

However, if you are coming forward claiming ownership, photographs alone will NOT be accepted as proof of ownership.

You will be required to provide appropriate documentation, including:

- Proof of state licensing
- Current vaccination records
- Veterinary records
- Any other documentation necessary to establish legitimate ownership

Our priority is this dog's safety, medical care, and well-being. We will take the appropriate steps to ensure that anyone claiming ownership can substantiate that claim.

If you recognize this dog or have credible information about who may have owned or abandoned it, please message us privately.

This dog did not choose to be abandoned. This dog did not choose to starve. And this dog deserves the opportunity to recover and have a safe future.
