Royal Delights LLC is a premium mobile rolled ice cream business founded and operated by Alexis Slaughter, bringing Philadelphia its first unique dessert experience where ice cream and entertainment come together on wheels. Alexis’ love for entertaining and creating memorable experiences inspired her to introduce rolled ice cream in a way that could be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors. Royal Delights had its soft launch in August 2025, beginning with a tabletop cold plate before growing into a custom, one-of-a-kind mobile cart.

Royal Delights specializes in fresh, made-to-order rolled ice cream with both dairy and dairy-free options, using fresh fruits, flavorful mix-ins, and Alexis’ own base recipes developed through testing and trial and error. Customers get to watch their dessert being made right in front of them while creating their own unique flavor combinations. Alexis is also passionate about creating opportunities for local youth to learn valuable skills through the business. Her vision is to continue growing Royal Delights with multiple carts and eventually a storefront, while giving every customer a fun, stress-free experience where they can simply enjoy the moment.
