It’s definitely the pursuit of organization. It is about finding a routine of organizing and technique that encourages your happiness and productivity.
This can change often depending on your personal needs so be patient with yourself. Don’t try to be perfect.

A quick appetizer 😝😛😋:
I’ve been collecting data for this ebook for almost a year. As I patiently await the delivery of the Brain Dump bullet journal books I am also organizing the Brain Dump Workbook.
What you are seeing are the first 9 of many pages. It is a fill-able PDF ebook designed to stimulate and inspire you into a depth of awareness you have not tapped into yet and at a speed that works for you.
As you know our goal is self discovery, self actualization, emotional intelligence and improved communication (how we talk to ourselves and others).
Of course You will like the FREE tiny Brain Dump tutorial included with your purchase of the Brain Dump bullet journal (you know, the QR code thingy ☺️) but you will LOVE the workbook.
If you have purchased The Paper Life Coach 2020 weekly planner last year and enjoyed it then you will thoroughly enjoy this journey of discovery as well.
I always enjoy the support and I enjoy your comments. I’m looking forwarding to sharing the workbook in March and trustttt neither USPS nor UPS will get in the way of these printable eBook lol 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Be reasonable. Motivational quote or not we can’t can’t do any and everything but you know what I mean. If it’s something within your mean and power [you have the capacity for and even beyond that] then you can do it.
Positive starts with positive thoughts 💭
Trust me, I am a retired pessimist. These words have have changed my heart.
A quick close up of the black brain dump book.

Let’s be honest...
You can get a bullet journal anywhere but our Brain Dump bullet journals are another level of quality, design and intention.
It’s a deconstructed planner with a focus on mental health, organizing and creativity.
You can do it alone, but if you want:
- community
- cognitive behavioral techniques
- organizational tips
- creative inspiration
this is what you get with The Paper Life.
Thank you for supporting the pre-sale and we look forward to the arrival of the books because it will be time to get to work!
