wrapping up Climate Week NYC with one thing clear: the conversation can’t end here

we spent the week alongside leaders across food, agriculture, and climate talking about what needs to change, but real change happens when these conversations reach beyond the panels and into everyday choices

regenerative organic farming can do more than restore the land. it can grow more nutrient-dense food, support farmers, and build a food system that nourishes people and the planet at the same time

lunchbox formula, part 2🚌

start with the good stuff:
our Regenerative Organic Certified Black Beans bring the kind of protein + fiber that actually helps lunch hold up, while the rest of the box rounds it out with healthy fats, produce, and texture.

a nutrient-dense lunch doesn’t have to be complicated…just balanced, colorful, and satisfying.

what does regenerative actually mean when you’re standing in the grocery aisle?

food scientist Marei breaks down what she looks for when shopping and why how your food is grown matters.

regenerative farming is about putting nutrients back into the soil, rebuilding the land instead of simply taking from it. and when you start with better soil, you can grow more nutrient-dense food. 🌱

i… am an autumn 🍁☕️

the second it drops below 70 degrees, the beans are soaking

quinoa ginger granola + creamy overnight oats + peach chia preserves. crunchy, creamy, a little sweet, and built with nutrient-dense pantry staples like quinoa + chia

our chia packs 11g of fiber + 5g of protein per serving, while our quinoa brings another 6g of protein + 4g of fiber to the mix

make all three and layer them together, or keep each one on hand to mix + match throughout the week. the granola also has a very real chance of disappearing straight from the jar

PSA: soak your beans tonight 🫘

(tomorrow-you will be glad you did)

giving dried beans time to soak before cooking helps them rehydrate, which can mean shorter cook time, more even cooking + that soft, creamy texture you actually want.

soaking can also help make beans easier to digest.
overnight is our go-to.

forgot? boil them for a few minutes, remove from heat + let them soak for about an hour instead.
