I know it’s hard to find places with menu options this varied, but let me tell you, it won’t disappoint!
The menu has a lot of options and the portions are perfect to share.
You can pick where you want to sit: near the sushi bar for a more intimate dinner, or at the bar for some drinks.
There are options for everyone, and that’s what we loved about it.

Ford's Garage just dropped a new limited-time menu called the Great American Cookout, and we had to go check it out. Here’s what you need to order!
🔥 Ford’s BBQ Trio: A half rack of bourbon BBQ ribs, cheddar jalapeño smoked sausage, AND pulled chicken stacked on Texas toast. Massive portion, super smoky, and so good.
🍔 Highway 101 Burger: Smoked gouda, bacon, basil aioli, and this tomato red onion jam that honestly steals the show.
🍓 Strawberry Shortshake: Dessert is not optional here. Trust me on this one!!
Pro tip: Pair it with the Strawberry Basil Smash (bourbon + fresh fruit = elite summer drink). Or grab the mocktail lemonade version if you’re keeping it alcohol-free!
Plus, if you haven’t been to Ford’s Garage before, the whole vintage 1920s automotive vibe is super cool (and don’t forget to check out the bathrooms, they are super cool!)
