Meet Cass, one of the newest members of the Ellis Coffee team! 👋
Cass is a Machine Operator on our retail line, which means she’s behind the scenes helping produce our 12 oz. bags – Philadelphia Roast (aka the Rocky bags), Presidential, Jambi’s Java – to name a few.
And Cass has already made herself especially popular with our Marketing department because her favorite coffee is Blueberry Muffin. 🫐☕ That makes her one of the rare flavored-coffee enthusiasts in a building full of coffee purists! 😂 Needless to say, she may have inadvertently volunteered herself for our seasonal flavored coffee cuppings!
When she’s not keeping the retail line moving, Cass is all about tattoos and music. 🎶🖤

All of us at Ellis Coffee pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the heroes who answered the call.
We remember their courage, their sacrifice, and the strength that brought our communities together.
