Matthew “Automattic” Ticcino is a Grammy-winning, multi-platinum engineer who has been calling MilkBoy the Studio home since 2015.

Over thousands of sessions, he’s worked on records connected to artists like Bruno Mars, Tate McRae, Clipse, and Lil U*i Vert, bringing the kind of detail and skill that most listeners never see but definitely hear.

And I love that so much of his work has happened right here in Philly. Our city has such a deep music history, and Matthew has been part of helping carry that forward from behind the board.

We’re excited to have him at FAMCON ’26!

Applications for this conference are open today!

🌠💫Joshua Mitchell is a Philadelphia pop artist, singer, director, editor, and all-around creative force.

His sound pulls from R&B, funk, EDM, and pop, and the world around the music is just as intentional. Joshua has brought his work to Broadway, New York Fashion Week, SXSW, The Met Philadelphia, and plenty of places in between. He’s also a professional member of the Recording Academy.

The vocals. The visuals. The performance. The whole package.

We’re very excited to have Joshua bringing some real pop star energy to FAMCON ’26.

A lot of artists know sync licensing can open doors, but figuring out how to actually get your music placed in ads, tv, and film is a whole different story.

Kayla Steen is joining us at FamCon ’26 to break down how sync works, how placements happen, and what artists can do now to make sure their music is ready for those opportunities.
