We rescued this sweetie Peony from San Bernardino today! She is home resting after having a freshly made human grade meal of turkey veggies, and sweet potatoes. It’s 96° in Los Angeles. We’re gonna give her some time to chill out and we will post a video in the morning when it’s cooler. Welcome home pretty girl!

If it wasn’t for the dogs, I wouldn’t rescue because so many people are actually horrible! I’ve met some amazing people amazing families who have adopted my dogs, but this is a side of Rescue that I don’t normally share. There are a plethora of keyboard warriors who are so abusive on emails. Self entitled and really tone deaf to what actually rescuers go through.
