Fishtown's only bar and restaurant with an authentic, homemade Greek menu. Kosta was born in Le**os, Greeece. Word spread quickly about Kostas talents as a chef.
He went to Athens Greece as a young man trying to make something of his life. He was trained by one of the top chefs in Greece and by the age of 28 Kosta was the head chef a restaurant called King George. He was offered a position in Sydney, Australia for a fine dining restaurant called La Botiniere which served Greek & French cuisine. He was in Australia for 10 years before coming to the United
