Meet our staff!
Arianna Neromiliotis is our Development Director.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, she brings deep community ties and a strong background in advocacy, program development, and fundraising. Arianna is committed to building partnerships, strengthening programs, promoting growth, and driving impact across the city’s diverse communities.

Outside of work, Arianna enjoys traveling, running, hiking, and spending time with her pets, friends, and family.

Learn some fun new moves AND help us open our sprayground to the public this summer! Join Philly P'arriba at North Light on Friday, June 26th to learn Rueda de Casino, an improvisational form of salsa dancing. Absolutely no experience necessary!

Volunteer with us at the Arts Festival on June 27 & 28! We'll be helping people get to the festival on a newly-revamped shuttle loop taking visitors to nearby parking and public transit spots. You can either ride the (air conditioned!) shuttles or take tickets at Ivy Ridge or City Ave booths while answering questions and collecting ticket fares. All proceeds go directly to North Light!

Meet our staff!
Kevin Ruff is our Children’s Services Director.

Kevin is an educator and mentor with over 15 years of experience working with youth and families in Philadelphia, Dallas, and New York City. He is committed to building strong relationships and creating safe, supportive environments where young people can grow in confidence, character, and purpose.

With a background in teaching, counseling, and program development, Kevin brings a trauma-informed and restorative approach to his work. He cares deeply about being present, supporting families, and helping individuals move forward with clarity and direction.

North Light will be closed Friday, 6/19 for Juneteenth and Friday, 7/3 for the 4th of July. Our building will be open but food pantry will be closed on Monday, 7/6. We hope you have wonderful holidays!
