The annual event brings together members of the Philadelphia community to celebrate the people, places, and businesses recognized in Philadelphia Magazine's annual Best of Philly® issue. It was a great evening of connecting with friends and colleagues while celebrating everything that makes our region so special, including great food and beverage, and a visit with “Mr. Monopoly,” originally known as “Rich Uncle Pennybags.”

RRD is proud to support the recent Ulster Project Delaware 5K in Wilmington. The Ulster Project Delaware brings together teenagers from Northern Ireland and the United States for a four-week cultural exchange each summer, fostering friendship, understanding, and lasting connections through shared experiences with local host families.

Our own Managing Partner, Lou Rizzo and Michele Rizzo have experienced the program firsthand as a host family, making this cause especially meaningful to our firm.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has taken the first step toward eliminating the federal EEO-1 through EEO-6 reporting requirements. The proposal is not yet in effect, current filing obligations remain in place, and several states will continue to require workforce demographic reporting regardless of the federal outcome.

Congratulations to RRD Partner Richard Darnall and our Mt. Laurel, NJ team on the successful conclusion of a complex commercial litigation matter on behalf of a national real estate brokerage.

After securing a defense verdict following a four-week jury trial, the firm successfully defended the judgment before the Appellate Division. The New Jersey Supreme Court recently denied the plaintiff's Petition for Certification, bringing the matter to a final close.

The case involved allegations of fraud, Consumer Fraud Act violations, tortious interference, and breach of contract, with claimed damages exceeding $50 million. Richard Darnall led the defense through trial and appeal.
