What a journey it has been.

20 YEARS

What an honor to serve so many friends, family, and neighbors (and neighbors who've become friends and family) for SO long... last night we had several guests that have been with us since Day 1.
We are full of immense Gratitude.

I remember just like it was yesterday, while we were remodeling 2624 Brown Street and Setting up Trio I was there very late one night like 3am (all hopped up on Wawa Ginseng Iced Tea) and painting the walls in the stairway to the 2nd floor. I took break and sprawled out on the steps and stared at the ceiling... and I had just a quiet moment to think...

"What if we do ALL this work, spend ALL this money... and nobody comes?"

It's probably a fear every restaurant owner has.

And then I thought: "I wonder what lies ahead... and where all this will take us, and who we will meet?"

I could never have predicted any of this. If I could go back and talk to my 34yo self. I'd tell me "You'd better lock-in buddy, put you seat up and your tray in the upright position because you are going on a long and bumpy ride and you will learn a lot about yourself, your limits, and life...(and some business too) and it's going to be a lot of fun cut-in with some notso fun stuff but you will cherish it all about 20 years from now."

So Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to ALL our Customers over the years, our friends and family and most of all... ALL THE EMPLOYEES current and former, you are the blood that make up this beast we call TRIO BYOB.

Last and as always (literally) from Day 1 - it is our pleasure to serve you.
