In 2013, Designblendz started in one room with an idea: Clients shouldn’t have to look only at architecture drawings and hope for the best when it’s built. They should be able to walk through their buildings before they exist with clarity.
Thirteen years later, that idea has grown into an integrated practice of architecture, interiors, and visualization specialists who are pushing the boundaries of the profession to align virtual environments and physical site conditions that saves clients time, costly change orders, and unforeseen headaches. Thousands of projects later, it’s time for us to take on one of our own to set up DB for the next chapter. We are moving in Q4 2026 to downtown Philadelphia. ❤️

Our team is excited to announce permit submission of a corporate office renovation for Full Bloom. The office renovation includesa new conference room, lounge and training room with accordian divider wall in the Navy Yard.

Designblendz completed the architectural and interiors work with Daniel J Keating construction at the Veterans Multi-Service Center (VMC) in Philadelphia. Recently Phillies designated hitter Kyle Schwarber visited the newly completed renovations and signed autographs for veterans. We were honored to be part of this project and excited to see it benefiting our veterans!

A few sneak peak photos of the new production facility that is wrapping up for The Famous 4th Street Cookies This new facility can produce tens of thousands cookies per day…. That’s a lot of cookie dough! We will share more photos once all the equipment is moved in and cookies are coming fresh out of the ovens!

501 S Front St Progress 🚧 Cast in place concrete podiums are in, framing to start this month. This site will soon become a 7 story building looking over the delaware river and Ben Granklin Bridge.

Summer here we come! 🌞We checked in on one of our new shore home designs featuring a new construction duplex just a short walk from the beach and oceans casino. The modest two story structure will provide a great residence filling in one of Atlantic City's many vacant parcels.

It is official! Our first completed cannabis dispensary has opened. Thank you so much to our client for having us part of this process. We are beyond excited with the completed project.

The design team was able to meet all cannabis regulations while still providing a sunlit and upscale retail experience. The fishtank was custom designed from the famed discovery channel tv series.
