Arts Ballroom Positioned on the ground level of the Arts Condominium, this 1920s Art Deco inspired building was the former site of the Hotel Sylvania.
Arts Ballroom Catering and Events is Philadelphiaโs premiere special events venue located directly off of the Avenue of the Arts, where cultural sophistication and diversity meet the richness of tradition and history. Boasting a two-story Grand Hall, Ballroom, and Mezzanine, the Arts Ballroom offers both historical distinction and contemporary style for events from 100-550 guests. All showings by appointment only.

Before becoming Arts Ballroom, our home at 1324 Locust Street was already part of Philadelphiaโs history.
Built in 1923 as the Hotel Sylvania, the building has witnessed more than a century of stories, gatherings and transformations. Today, that legacy lives on in a space where new memories are created every day. ๐ฅ
