𝐀𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐉𝐮𝐪𝐪𝐚, a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our ACA Consumer Services Center, had a memorable July. He watched his beloved England soccer squad in the World Cup here in the U.S., and he earned our ACA team’s Employee Appreciation Highlight!

Two World Cups ago (2018), Ahmad joined his favorite stateside team: InspiriTec. He’s developed into an invaluable CSR with a wealth of knowledge about how to best assist Pennsylvanians applying for health care coverage.

“Ahmad always greets callers with a big smile,” and exemplifies the cliché in customer service that "your smile can be heard,” says Jerel London, our ACA Project Manager.

Our colleagues 𝐉𝐞𝐟𝐟 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐨 and 𝐋𝐚𝐍𝐞𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐞 are at the SourceAmerica Grassroots Advocacy Conference, showing people in our nation’s capital - including Rep. Dwight Evans, the representative of their home district in Philadelphia - what’s possible when Americans with disabilities are given the opportunity to work through the AbilityOne program!

Jeff is a shining star at InspiriTec, where he earned three promotions in 28 months. He’s now a Lead Help Desk Agent on our NASA Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) team, where he provides complex IT support to NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration employees and business partners!

“I wouldn’t trade this job for anything,” Jeff says. “Quite frankly, I’ve never been so proud!”

InspiriTec was proud to send Gordon Clinkscale, Julie Kleedorfer, and Alison Hunt-Johnson to this year’s Genesys Xperience Conference in Las Vegas!

Our team spent the conference learning about the latest developments in customer experience, AI, automation, and the Genesys Cloud CX platform. Gordon also joined Cynthia Cooper of Genesys for a live show highlighting how InspiriTec is looking to emerging technologies to help advance our mission - “The InspiriTec CX Transformation Journey.”

The conference was also a valuable opportunity to learn from Genesys experts and other organizations, exchange ideas, and bring home new perspectives that can help us strengthen our contact center and IT help desk operations while creating meaningful employment and opportunities for growth for people with disabilities and Veterans.

Americans risking their own lives to save others. Americans responding to what they experienced that day by joining our nation’s military. Americans building memorials in towns across the nation that still stand, whether plaques or annual football games. Americans treating each other with more kindness and compassion, mourning those we lost and recognizing we would need to heal together. Americans unifying on our love of country and hatred of destruction. American flags flying from seemingly every building.

“America has stood down enemies before, and we will do so this time.” Though President Bush said this 25 years ago tonight, it’s an ongoing call to action. The thousands of Americans who died from their exposure to 9/11, whether the nearly 3,000 that day or those over time who succumbed to resulting health challenges, would want us to overcome the obstacles in our lives and make ourselves stronger. We shall do so in their memory.

At InspiriTec, supporting America’s workforce is an important part of what we do.

Through our Contact Center and Help Desk services, our employees support state government workers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, private-sector workers who need licenses or clearances to work in those states, and federal government workers—including those serving at NASA and in the U.S. military and their families.

But Labor Day has another special meaning for InspiriTec. We create meaningful employment opportunities for professionals with disabilities, Veterans, and disadvantaged individuals—demonstrating every day the talent and capabilities of people who have historically faced barriers to employment.

This Labor Day, we celebrate our own dedicated employees and workers everywhere who contribute their talents, skills, and hard work to our communities and our country.

We wish all workers across America a restful and well-deserved Labor Day. You’ve earned it!

Thanks to a new state law, county programs in New Jersey that operate on-demand microtransit for people with disabilities and seniors will have more funding resources.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧-𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭? Per the law, “a shared motor-vehicle service that allows a rider to select pickup and dropoff locations by phone or mobile app, with transportation provided at a time of their choice or as soon as possible.”

This 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 will allow New Jerseyans with disabilities who are limited by transportation challenges, greater opportunities for employment. Accses New Jersey, through its network of agencies, offers careers designed to maximize their strengths and potential!

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐰 𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥. We’ve partnered with ACCSES NJ since 2009 on our contact center team supporting the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. We employ over 100 people on this team, based in Newark, which provides customer service support for the state's professional licensing operation.

At InspiriTec, Eric helps foster greater independence and fulfillment for his colleagues on our 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐖𝐈𝐒) 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐚. Outside of work, he brings that same leadership to the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐑𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬, a wheelchair basketball team he founded in 2022 for athletes with lower-limb disabilities.

The Philly Wheelchair RoughRiders travel throughout the region competing in the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐍𝐖𝐁𝐀).

“I’m able to finance the team’s operations thanks to my Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR) position at InspiriTec,” Eric says. “Coaching my team of CSRs helps me coach my basketball team better, too, by teaching me how to be patient and understanding with people.”

𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐄𝐫𝐢𝐜, 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲. We’re wishing the Philly Wheelchair RoughRiders a great NWBA season beginning in September—and cheering Eric on as he pursues his own hoop dream: one day having a dedicated practice facility! 🏀👏
