🌱 How can behavior change help turn individual actions into collective climate impact?

Join AASHE’s four-part online course, Behavior Change for Collective Climate Action, beginning Oct. 27. Sustainability professionals, educators, and students will explore evidence-based tools including social norms, social identity, increasing efficacy, and legacy motivation—and learn how to apply them across different audiences and situations.

By the end of the course, you’ll be better prepared to:

AASHE's latest staffing survey shows a profession balancing meaningful progress with significant challenges.

Among this year's findings: Only 20% of respondents described their job security as "very secure," down from 35% in 2023; 45% identified a lack of financial resources as one of their biggest challenges; Yet, 85% reported receiving a salary increase over the past three years, and staffing sustainability continues to grow at many institutions.

The data tells a story of resilience, adaptation, and a profession that continues to evolve despite a rapidly changing landscape.

🏫 Campus energy transitions require collaboration across departments, disciplines, and priorities.

The 2027 Campus Energy Transition Academy brings together higher education professionals to build the knowledge and strategies needed to navigate complex energy and infrastructure decisions. Through expert guidance, real-world case studies, practical tools, and peer learning, participants will explore topics ranging from energy systems and emerging technologies to financing, campus planning, and organizational change.
