A common sense approach to holistic wellbeing. Over the years, it has evolved in many ways. Follow Cole on instagram @ecotherapyphilly & @GlowingHeartHolistic.

In 2024, Cole merged her previous work under Glowing Heart Holistic with her current focus on holistic psychotherapy & ecotherapy, creating Middle Path Wellness. This name symbolizes her dedication to blending the rigor of research and science with her background in philosophy, religion, yoga, and the healing arts. The inspiration for Middle Path Wellness came during a reflective backpacking trip in New York State, where the importance of staying present and fully embracing the physical path she was on was illuminated. As an associate therapist working under the supervision of licensed therapists, Cole specializes in ecotherapy and holistic psychotherapy. She takes a unique approach that combines Existential Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and evidence-based insights from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Cole integrates nature, holistic wellness, mindfulness, and stress reduction techniques to support clients in their mental health journey. Her services are offered primarily via telehealth, with ecotherapy sessions conducted in the natural landscapes of Philadelphia for individuals, groups, and local high school students. Cole also offers seasonal courses, professional development workshops, and training on nervous system regulation, workplace balance, and holistic well-being. She is an advocate for promoting mindful approaches to dopamine addiction (something prevalent in our modern world), which complements her primary focus on promoting comprehensive mental and holistic health. She remains committed to her community and continues to support former students and clients with limited offerings such as reiki, private yoga, and "Spiritual Tune-Ups". Cole’s passion lies in creating impactful, personalized care and fostering deep connections.
