Absolute chaos in the Guitar Center checkout line. Should I call the cops?

Not one person was feeling the funk that day...

This guy was creating a scene everywhere he went...god bless the Petco manager for stopping him.

Having this guy around would really motivate me throughout my day.

He came highly recommended but all he wants to do is play "the funk."

He's talking more about "the funk" than anything about pool safety. Should I be concerned?

I'm heartbroken, what should I do?

At least the chickens seem to enjoy his approach.

I'm not sure what the funky keytar has to do with swimming...
