PHMC Community Engagement Team is outside this week — connecting families and community members to resources, support, and affirming care across West Philly! 💙

📚 THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 | 2–5:30 PM
PHMC will be at Mastery Hardy High School’s Back to School Night alongside community partners helping students and families start the year connected and supported.

📍 Thursday, 9/24: 5400 Warrington Ave.

🎤 FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 | 4–8 PM
Then we’re headed to the PHMC Public Health Campus on Cedar for Concert in the Courtyard — an evening of local music, food vendors, giveaways, community resources, and connection.

📍 Friday, 9/25: 501 S. 54th St. “The Courtyard”

✨ Two days. Two community spaces. Plenty of opportunities to connect.
