Yall have Gonzalez Anthony BAEKD to thank for this one.
His amazing Sourdough bread which we now carry at Bar Jawn had me inspired and it was like an explosion in my brain when this one hit.
Its taken a few tweaks but if im being 💯 this is easily without question a top 3 thing I have ever made in my life and with a little more fiddling 🎻 could reach SSG level (thats Super Sayian God level for those unfamiliar with my Dragonball Z lingo)
Absolutely can't wait for the bike race Philadelphia Cycling Classic this weekend and to have you try this!!!!!!!

What an absolute pleasure it was having Joe one of the old owners of Manayunk Tavern & his son in for lunch yesterday.
We took a tour down memory lane as i give him a tour of all thw changes we have made!
I have actually know Joe since the Bourbon Blue Days (man that was a different time) But thats the best part about The OFFICIAL Manayunk, Philadelphia & Philadelphia in general.....
no matter what part of the city you are crusing through....
you will find amazing souls like these who will walk into a local establishment like Bar Jawn & leave family.....
