Another year around the sun. 🌞 woke up feeling more grateful than I have in a very long time. Here’s a list I wrote last night of 31 things I’ve learned to be true in that time. 🫶🫂

31 things i’ve learned in the last 31 years:

1. don’t stay somewhere warm just to not be cold
2. life gets better after your 20’s
3. its OK to start over and over and over again
4. i promise, it’s not that serious
5. you will not remember that thing in a year
6. no one cares about you as much as you think, dont worry about it.
7. the answer is always no if you don’t ask
8. stay curious
9. do things by yourself
10. get out of your comfort zone
11. take the trips
12. prioritize sleep
13. skin cycling is your best friend
14. your intuition is your best guide, quiet your mind, and listen to it
15. find a hobby, and master it
16. invest in quality. less is more
17. document everything. time flies
18. go to the concerts
19. immerse yourself in other cultures
20. be generous. With your time & money. it will come back tenfold
21. invest in your community. they are the real wealth
22. get excited about the little things. they are what matter
23. the journey is your life. not the destination
24. its ok if your circle is small
25. everything in balance. don’t deprive yourself of lifes little joys
26. wear spf every.single.day
27. oral health is so important. take it seriously
28. you can do anything you set your mind to
29. a lot can change in a year. don’t get stuck
30. when you have something nice to say about someone. tell them
31. create more than you consume
