Five key components of any given home are the basis of our organization:

1. Elders - Foundations... The members of SQE Foundations are our PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP team who serve as the organization's mentors and board members

2. Adult Males - 3Ms... The Members of S.Q.E.3M's are MEN Mentoring MEN; positive males who aspire to improve themselves while serving as mentors to one another through thier growth and development

Adult Females - SC... The Members of S.Q.E.S.C. are positive WOMEN who aspire to be a nurturing hand within thier community; dedicated to sisterhood and family serving as a Social Club

3. Young Adults - R.A.W.... The Members of S.Q.E.R.A.W. are young adults ages 15 - 20 who are Ready And Willing to serve, to learn and develop into sucessful adults of tomorrow

4. School Aged Youth - (YC)... The members of S.Q.E.Y.C. are kids ages 8 - 14 who are learning what it means to be a member of commuinty, the responsibilities that come with it and what it take to maintain it.

5. Infants/Babies - Pee-Wee's... The members of SQE Pee-Wee's are the future of S.Q.E.'s Y.C. they are the mentee to the youth club; kids ages Infant - 7
