Are you living with the fear that God has given up on you? In our final message of the "God, Just Tell Me" series, we explored one of the most reassuring truths in Scripture: God's love is not just proactive and proven - it is protective.

Drawing from John 10:22-30, we were reminded that Jesus holds his sheep in his hand, and no one - nothing - can sn**ch them out. Not your past. Not your failures. Not even yourself. As Isaiah 43:13 declares, God acts and no one can reverse it.

If you have confessed Jesus as Lord and believed in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9), your eternity is already secure. You are hidden in His hands.

There is no in-person service tomorrow, Sunday, September 6th, as we are entering into a week of Sabbath rest to give our incredible "A Team" of volunteers some much-needed rest. They pour so much into our services every single week, and we love giving them this time to recharge! We pray that you also take some time to rest and connect with family, but don't miss out on the Word.

Before you did anything, before the world was even formed, God chose you. That is the message at the heart of this week's sermon from Ephesians 1:3-4, where Paul reminds us that God has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, and that He chose us before the foundation of the world.

We often walk around asking God, "Are we good?" carrying the weight of our mistakes and our past. But the truth is, God did not wait for you to get your life together to love you. He has been loving you since before time began, and because of Jesus, you are chosen, holy, and blameless in His sight.

As Spurgeon once joked, it is a good thing God chose us before we were born. If He had waited until after, He might have changed His mind. But He did not. And He never will.
