Aion Management is excited to announce the addition of Tall Timber Apartments and Shadow Hill Apartments and Townhomes, two separate communities in Cincinnati, OH, bringing our footprint in this new market to 707 units across three properties.

Tall Timber a 108‑unit garden‑style community located in Butler County, and Shadow Hill is a 365‑unit apartment and townhome community located just five minutes south of Tall Timber in neighboring Hamilton County. These additions further strengthen our presence in the region and our commitment to providing quality apartment living.

We look forward to bringing the Aion Management experience to our new residents and partners at Tall Timber and Shadow Hill as we continue to grow our Midwest presence.

We’re highlighting Asatta Moore at Pointe at Northern Woods!

Asatta has made an incredible impact since day one. Even while learning the ins and outs of the property, she stepped in wherever needed, showing initiative, a strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn.

On the busiest days, Asatta jumps right in to assist with tours, support the team, and help keep operations running smoothly—all while managing her own responsibilities. She never hesitates to take on challenges, including navigating difficult conversations with care and professionalism to ensure residents feel heard and supported.

Her positive energy, teamwork, and dedication truly embody the spirit of “one team, one dream,” making her a truly deserving AION All-Star!
