You guys see me cleaning all the time, but Squeaky Queens is so much bigger than just me. I have an amazing team behind me, and I’m slowly learning how to step out of being the primary cleaner and fully into running and growing the company.

It’s bittersweet because I genuinely LOVE cleaning. 💜 But God has been opening doors, and growth requires me to make room for what’s next.

The goal? The Squeaky Queens standard stays the Squeaky Queens standard whether Asjha is in the house or not. 👑✨

This one reminded me just how much Squeaky Queens is growing. I’m learning to step more into my role as an owner, trust the team I’ve built, and allow God to continue opening doors I once prayed for. 🙏🏽💜

This season of Squeaky Queens looks a little different. 🥹💜

You guys see ME in the videos, but there’s a whole TEAM behind me—and pretty soon, you won’t see me physically taking on every cleaning.

Not because I don’t love it, but because my role is changing.

God has been opening doors, the business is growing, and I’m learning that growth also means trusting the people I’ve trained to carry the Squeaky Queens standard. 👑

I wish I could personally show up for every single one of you, but I’m realizing I didn’t build a business that should only work when I’m the one doing the cleaning.

I’m stepping more into being the OWNER and a little less into being the cleaner. 🥹

And I’m beyond grateful that God has grown something I started with my own two hands into something that now requires more hands than mine. 🙏🏽💜

Sometimes cleaning is about so much more than cleaning. 💜

This client reached out while her mother was in the hospital because she wanted Mom to come home to better living conditions. She was carrying most of that responsibility herself and simply needed some extra hands.

There will be NO judgment under this post. Everybody’s home isn’t aesthetically pleasing. Everybody doesn’t have unlimited resources or an entire family showing up when life gets hard.

If you’re blessed to still have your parents or grandparents, check on them—and I mean REALLY check on them. Sometimes they won’t tell you what they can no longer manage on their own.

And when someone asks for help, don’t shame them for where they’re starting. Help them get where they’re trying to go.

This daughter was doing exactly that for her mother, and Squeaky Queens was honored to help. 👑💜
